NOVA's great new Customer Care tool is called the PERMIT CONSOLE, created for the pleasure of all our distinguished customers. The Permit Console is very user-friendly and will allow you to place your orders directly online, to duplicate previous orders, to review a log of all your ordered permits, to print your permits, to view and modify your equipment list, to view our state/province guidebook (free for a limited time), to have access to other important restrictions, and all this regrouped into ONE incredible tool meant for the carrier who wishes to be one step ahead of the competition!

Click on the big PERMIT CONSOLE button. Enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD to enter the console; if you are already a PERMIT TRACKER user, enter the same user name and password. 

• Once in, you have 5 different options: 
  
• Permit Manager / Permit Tracker / Current Restrictions / State Infos / Spring Weight Restrictions. 
  
• If you wish to order permits, click on PERMIT MANAGER, and then on the NEW ORDER button. All your company information is already entered in our system and will appear on your order form. You can add or correct any information, like insurance or state account info, which will also automatically be saved in our database as well. Just complete the form and provide as much information as possible for us to process your permit order. Once you are done and have revised your order, click on SEND and your order will reach NOVA within approximately 1 minute. 
  
• Furthermore, your equipment list is available in a drop-down menu of the Vehicle Information. You can view it, print it or modify it if you click on the VEHICLE LIST button.
  
• On the PERMIT TRACKER page, click on "find permits"; you will access a log of all your permits ordered in the past 30 days, or you can do a search for other previous months. Please note that as soon as we receive your permits from the government offices, they will appear automatically in your Permit Tracker log; everything is done in "Real Time"! To view a permit, click on the red target on the left section of the log, and just print it if you wish. 
  
• Under the CURRENT RESTRICTIONS button, you will find numerous construction and current restrictions which are updated as often as possible. 
  
• For all the states and provinces that provide information regarding the end of winter period, you will find it under SPRING WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. 
  

• The STATE INFOS button gives you access to our most prized tool: our State/Province Guide! This is what is used by our agents to process your permits. It contains various permitting information for each state and province such as Pilot car requirements, legal limits warning signs and lights, types of permits and costs, etc... The information provided is also updated constantly. For a limited time, our State/Province Guidebook feature is offered free of charge to all NOVA customers using the Permit Console. This feature will eventually be available only through a paid subscription.
